Complete Hospitality Training is now pleased to offer THH21802 - Certificate II in Hospitality Operations. This course focuses largely on the practical skills necessary to find work in the hospitality industry, including all the core and elective units to cover a Certificate II.

THHCOR03B  -  Follow health, safety and security procedures
THHGHS01B  -  Follow workplace hygiene procedure
THHBFB01B  -  Operate a bar
THHADFB03B  -  Prepare and service cocktails
THHBFB04B  -  Provide table services of alcohol beverages
THHBFB09B  -  Provide responsible service of alcohol
THHBFB12A  -  Prepare and serve espresso coffee
THHADG03B  -  Provide responsible service of gambling
THHHCO01B  -  Develop and update hospitality industry knowledge

 

The Structure of the course:

Week 1: Monday - Friday 10am - 4pm

Week 2: Monday - Friday 10am - 4pm

Week 3: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 10am - 4pm

Are you Eligible for Government Funding?

Through the Australian Skills Vouchers Programme, eligible Australians may now apply for a voucher which helps cover the cost of specific types of training such as Certificate II in Hospitality Operations. Complete Hospitality Training is an approved training provider for Work Skills Vouchers.

To be eligible for a free Certificate II in Hospitality Operations you must:

  • Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
  • Be aged 25 years or over
  • Not have a Year 12 or equivalent qualification
  • Not have a certificate level II or higher level qualification
  • Be willing to sign a statutory declaration for the above
